IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SITE. WANNA? CLOTHING MAY MODIFY THIS AGREEMENT AT ANY TIME, AND SUCH MODIFICATIONS SHALL BE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON POSTING ON THE SITE. YOU AGREE TO REVIEW THE AGREEMENT PERIODICALLY TO BE AWARE OF ANY CHANGES, AND YOUR CONTINUED ACCESS OR USE OF THE SITE SHALL BE CONSIDERED YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE MODIFIED AGREEMENT.

Copyright, Licenses, and Idea Submissions

All content on the Site is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. The copyright and trademarks are owned by Wanna? Clothing, its affiliates, or other licensors. YOU MAY NOT MODIFY, COPY, REPRODUCE, REPUBLISH, UPLOAD, POST, TRANSMIT, OR DISTRIBUTE ANY MATERIAL ON THE SITE, INCLUDING TEXT, GRAPHICS, CODE, AND/OR SOFTWARE without explicit permission. You may download material from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices.

You grant Wanna? Clothing a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display any materials or information (including product or service ideas) submitted to public areas of the Site (such as forums or through email). You also grant Wanna? Clothing the right to use your name in connection with any submissions. You agree that you will have no recourse against Wanna? Clothing for any alleged or actual infringement of proprietary rights.

Any references to products, services, or content on the Site are trademarks or service marks of Wanna? Clothing. All other products or company names mentioned may be the trademarks of their respective owners.

Order Cancellation & Fees

Customized or personalized products (e.g. items with custom QR codes or user-submitted data) are excluded from cancellation once production has started.
If you request to cancel a customized order before production begins, we may accept the cancellation at our discretion. In such cases, a €5 administrative fee will be charged to cover processing costs.

Use of the Site

Except for content clearly identified as supplied by Wanna? Clothing, the Site does not control or endorse any information, products, or services on the Internet. You acknowledge that Wanna? Clothing cannot guarantee that downloadable files from the Site will be free of harmful code, such as viruses. It is your responsibility to implement adequate protection for your data and systems.

WANNA? CLOTHING PROVIDES THE SITE "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Wanna? Clothing be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as loss of data or business) arising out of the use or inability to use the Site. Wanna? Indemnification

Termination

Miscellaneous

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the European Union. Any legal disputes will be resolved in EU courts. Wanna? Clothing may assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement without notice. Any failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
